Join Navigating Adulthood, a supportive therapy group for young adults navigating friendship breakups and relationship challenges, career confusion, and the journey of self-discovery. 

In a safe, confidential space, you'll connect with peers and explore these challenges with the guidance of a therapist. Let's navigate your unique path to adulthood, together.  This group will be virtual and begin in January 2025 and will run for 6 weeks, bi-weekly.
