By now, you've looked around but I want to let my hair down a bit and share some fun things about who I am outside of being a therapist.
I love being a cat mom to my Bombay 1-year-old, Shaggy. He's been so much fun and truly helps me decompress from the day. When I am not hanging with my clients in session, I enjoy writing at coffee shops and listening to Neo Soul music if their playlist is sorta of whack, haha. Honestly, one thing on my bucket list that I truly hope to accomplish is to travel to different states and countries, and visit their dopest coffee shops.
Speaking of traveling, I love to visit historic landmarks and museums, truly immersing myself as a local, and of course, finding the best places to eat - I enjoy a good grub! I love neo-soul music, some country, hip-hop/Rap, and Jazz - finding live music will always be a go-to for me.
