I provide therapy for individuals ages 18-40 years old.

I can provide therapy in the states of Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Washington D.C. and Florida. 

It will depend on many factors. It is great to start weekly to give us time to build our therapeutic rapport. It is common to attend bi-weekly. This is something we can discuss during the consultation.

For each person, this will be different. It will depend on your progress toward the goals we set for therapy. 

Consultation calls are a great way to see if a potential therapist and client will work well together. If you begin therapy, and find that it is no longer a fit, you will receive referrals and resources to assist you with continuing your journey.

 Virtual therapy sessions are offered on most days from 10am-6pm Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. 9am-3pm on Wednesdays, and 8am-10am on Saturdays. 

There are no therapy sessions on Fridays or Sundays. 

At Redefine Lives, LLC, we take your privacy seriously. All information shared in therapy sessions is confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your explicit consent.

Exceptions to this policy are:

1. If you tell me you are going to cause bodily harm to another person, I must inform that person and the police in order to secure their safety.

2. If you tell me you are going to cause physical harm to yourself, I will work with you to find a way to keep you safe, but I must call the police if you are unwilling to do so or if I feel that you are at risk.

3. If you inform me of abuse or neglect to a child or vulnerable adult, I must intervene. This is reported to the Abuse Hotline immediately and will be assigned to the appropriate agency to investigate.

There is a 48-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If the therapist is not notified within that time frame, the client will be charged a late cancellation fee of $50.

Situations that are out of the client's control will be assessed for cancellation fee waiver.
